About
The focus of this study is a community of families separated by prison. It explores why these families do not engage with support offered and the potential for service design to increase engagement.
We concentrate on four participatory design principles: ceding control, segmentation, situation and envisioning control, and discover how the principle of feedback between segmented participant groups helps improve and develop community service design.
