About
Many people dependent on core services for their welfare need help managing their digital identities. However, informal support usually comes from third-party individuals such as support service professionals or friends and family.
We need to rethink and identify the relationships between digital services and the roles people carry out day to day. This might involve conceptualising digital identity based on a collection of tools embedded in people's support structures and everyday lives.
